Frequently Asked Questions


What are your shipping policies?

We ship only to the 48 contiguous states in the USA. Most items will ship UPS ground. However, larger items may require UPS oversize or truck freight shipping.


How do I make a return?

Please refer to our Return Policy for instructions or contact an Account Manager at (516) 597-5450 for more information.

Return Policy

Most items are returnable for a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in the same condition they were shipped, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

After 30 days, RK Audio cannot accept returns. However, most items carry a full manufacturer warranty that covers product defects.

To initiate a return or replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report any shipping damage. Photos may be requested for damaged items prior to RMA approval.

Items not returned in the same condition they were delivered may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This includes items returned for discretionary reasons (buyer's remorse, wrong item purchased, product incompatibility, etc.). RK Audio reserves the right to deduct the cost of shipping from the refund. Items without the original packaging cannot be accepted for return.

The cost of shipping will be deducted from returns on undeliverable items or those returned to the sender.

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Software
  • Items returned in a different condition than they were delivered (missing contents, accessories, documentation, and/or damaged packaging)
  • Items considered for "personal use" (headphones, in-ear monitors, vocal microphones, instrument mouthpieces, harmonicas, etc.)
  • Special Orders
  • Discontinued products
  • Close-out sales

We strongly recommend checking your order upon receipt to ensure it is in proper working order.

Sales Tax

Do you charge sales tax on your products?

We are required to collect sales tax on all orders from New York and Florida.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, Affirm, PayPal, and PayPal Credit online.


The item I purchased did not come with a manual.

We do not have spare copies of manuals to send to customers. If you cannot find the manual, manufacturers often include this information on their website.
